We are open 8.30 – 5.00 M-T and 8.30 – 4.00 Friday EST. Online ordering requires creating an account. Once complete, customers will be able to view wholesale pricing, check their account, print invoices and place orders online. New Accounts: All orders will be shipped Master Card, Visa or payment in advance until credit is satisfactorily established (unfortunately we are unable to take C.O.D's any longer) Net 30 days credit terms are available. Credit requires submitting and approval of banking information and three (3) credit references. *New account policy - Credit card on first order to expedite order, Minimum annual sales to establish credit terms is $5000. Open Account Terms : Net 30 days, invoices paid after 30 will be subject to a 2% finance charge. Accounts past 60 days, orders will be held and the account will revert to payment in advance. Return Cheque fee $25.00 Credit Cards: We accept Visa, or MasterCard. Invoices paid with credit card after 30 days will have a 2% surcharge added to the balance. Minimum Order: No minimum order is required. Please note orders below $50.00 will be charged a $10.00 service fee. Shipping: Approved in-stock orders are shipped within 1-3 days via Canpar or Canada Post, F.O.B. Ancaster Ontario. Approved in-stock orders processed during the holiday peak season could take 5-7 business days. Warm Weather Shipping: Food products shipped during the warmer weather is subject to additional charges due to insulated boxes and ice packs. Please allow extra time for shipping during the warmer weather. Claims: All merchandise is inspected before shipping. Any claims for goods damaged in transit must be filed by the purchaser with the carrier. Please inspect the shipment carefully, you are signing that you received the shipment in satisfactory condition and that all the pieces were received unless you note differently. YOU MUST KEEP ALL THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING CARTONS AND ALL THE PACKAGING (we cannot issue you a credit or replacement unless this procedure is followed) WE DO NOT ACCEPT COLLECT SHIPMENTS Returns & Shortages: We do not "Guarantee the Sale" of merchandise, so please order your items carefully. All returns must have prior authorization, and will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Edible products, Clearance, Molds and Special-Order Items may not be returned (unless incorrect items were shipped by anDea Chocolate). Shop-worn, priced, loose merchandise not in the original container or merchandise over 30 days old may NOT be returned. Shortages must be reported within 5 days after receipt of merchandise. All Sale and Discontinued Items may not be returned.
